Which bitrate should you pick?
For speech, 128 kbps (free) sounds clear and keeps a one-hour talk to roughly 55 MB. For music, 256 kbps is noticeably fuller, and 320 kbps is the highest quality MP3 supports — both are included with Supporter. If you're going to edit the audio or use it in a video project, pick the highest bitrate you have available.
